What I collect and why

If you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. I use these only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that work. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.

I don't sell or share your details for marketing, and I won't add you to a mailing list.

Services that help run this site

• Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
• Web3Forms receives contact form submissions and forwards them to my email inbox.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work I carry out are kept for as long as I need them for legal, insurance and accounting purposes, normally up to 7 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email hello@sullivanacoustics.uk and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
